Joe Gallaher is a player-coach, serving not only as a commercial real estate broker but the Broker Manager of the NAI Miami | Fort Lauderdale offices. As a broker, Joe’s primary focus is in Occupier Services, specifically in the retail and land development markets.

There are three core values which define Joe’s brokerage philosophy: unrestricted services to clients, a deep understanding of client needs, and a restricted client base. The latter of these three being one of the most unique differentiators and integral principles held to ensure the highest service to his clients. These values have helped Joe’s clients lease over 1.4M square feet of space and purchase over 3M square feet of property over the past 5 years. Supported by his partner, Jeremy Larkin, he is able to assist in any market of interest for site selection, investment analysis, valuation, contract negotiation and government services.

Joe has been married to his wonderful wife Sandy since 2018 and is the proud dad to twins Harper & Connor.
