Emily Hurst is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and serves as a Senior Commercial Property Manager with NAI. With over 20 years experience in commercial property management, she currently manages over 1.6 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space.

Background & Experience

Emily began her property management career in her hometown of Nashville, TN where she worked for Mission Property Company who later merged with Colliers, Turley, Martin & Tucker where she specialized in the management of Class A office buildings. Upon relocating to Knoxville, Emily joined Parkway Realty Services and assisted in managing Knoxville’s largest high-rise office building.

Education

With a bachelor's degree from the University of Tennessee, Emily obtained her broker’s license in 2004 and now holds her Certified Property Managers® (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She is a member of the local IREM, Chapter 57, and a sustaining member of the Knoxville Junior League.
