Scope of Experience
Bruce R. Isaac, SIOR, CCIM, received his real estate license in 1984 and is a specialist in the leasing, sales and investment of retail, office and industrial properties throughout Kentucky. He assists various local, regional and national companies in locating and developing real estate to meet their needs.
Background & Experience
Isaac has represented Wal-Mart /Sam’s Club in over $110,000,000 land acquisitions and dispositions. Isaac was inducted into the Midwest RE News Magazine’s Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame in 2017-2018. Isaac was also inducted into NAI Global’s Elite Top Producer Hall of Fame in 2009 as a top producer for five consecutive years and has been named six times to the NAI Global’s Gold Club for $1,000,0000 producers.
Education
As a graduate of the University of Kentucky, Isaac received an Associate Degree in Applied Science as a crown and bridge dental technician. He achieved the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. The CCIM designation is earned upon completion of 240 hours of graduate-level curriculum and represents the finest education available in real estate. CCIM’s are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis, making it one of the most coveted and respected designations in the industry. The CCIM is a global community with 13,000 members, 50 chapters and 30 countries. Isaac was also elected to the Kentucky CCIM Chapter Board of Directors in 2010- 2017.
Professional Associations & Designations
Isaac is proud to have been the first SIOR in Lexington, KY. Only two percent of all commercial brokers have met the rigorous standards required to earn the SIOR designation. Real estate professionals who hold the SIOR designation are recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, lenders and other real estate professionals as the most experienced and capable practitioners in any market. Isaac holds a rare double SIOR designation in both Office and Industrial properties.
In January 2018 Isaac was inducted into the Midwest Real Estate News Magazine’s Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame class of 2017. In 2009, Isaac was inducted into NAI Global’s Elite Top Producer Hall of Fame, a group comprised of the organizations’ top producers based on being an Elite Top Producer for five consecutive years. Isaac was named to NAI Global’s Gold/Elite Club for over ten years for successfully completing over $1,000,000 in transactions annually with NAI brokers worldwide.
