Transaction History
$5.27 million sale of 50 acres and the $15.9 million, 15-year lease of an 84,159 SF R&D Lab building in Kingston, Ontario. NAI Brannen Goddard and NAI Commercial Toronto represented the seller, Novelis, in the sale/lease to Queens University.

Assisted RealtiCorp, a national land investment fund, in the acquisition of 500 acres for master-planned mixed-use development in Aurora, CO. In addition, Mr. Garland has managed the disposition of more than $30 million worth of RealtiCorp excess land in the last year.

Acquisitions, dispositions, valuations and process consulting for clients such as Averitt Express, Church's Fried Chicken, FransGlobal Franchise Systems, SONA Med Spa, FKI, Ltd., GXS, Cingular Wireless, Value Place, Piper Jaffray/US Bankshares and others.

From 2001 - 2003, Mr. Garland completed approximately 500,000 SF of office and industrial lease and sale transactions on behalf of GE Capital, saving GE $20 million through its City Team Initiative.
