Scope of Service Experience
Charles Grelier, Jr. is a managing member of Chase Group, LLC a diversified holding company providing resources to four real estate service companies specializing in commercial real estate brokerage, development, property management and construction. Chase Group serves North and Central Alabama including the cities of Huntsville-Decatur, Tuscaloosa and Birmingham. The service companies, (more commonly known as NAI Chase Commercial) lease, manage and or represent over 1.4 million square feet of commercial property located primarily in Huntsville, Alabama.

As President and qualifying broker of NAI Chase Commercial, Charles manages the commercial real estate leasing and management operations for NAI Chase Commercial covering the company’s office, retail and industrial portfolio. He supervises day to day activities related to leasing, property management and property sales as well as coordination with landlord and tenant relations.
Background & Experience
Mr. Grelier graduated from the University of Alabama-Birmingham in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Finance. After moving to Huntsville, Alabama shortly after college, by 1991 Charles was selected by the Chamber of Commerce Foundation to attend Leadership Huntsville/Madison County Class IV, a program tailored for those in the community viewed as emerging new leaders. He received a designation as a CCIM in 1995. Charles also received an SIOR designation in 1998. The Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS© (SIOR) is considered a professional symbol for those with the highest level of knowledge, production, and ethics in the real estate industry. Charles is also in the final stages as a candidate to become a certified property manager (CPM).

Charles began his career in real estate in 1987 with a family business, Cooper & Grelier Companies, a real estate developer from Birmingham, Alabama. He was responsible for leasing and sales for the Huntsville office of the firm. In 1992, he joined another partner to form Chase Commercial Real Estate Services, predecessor to the operations of Chase Group, LLC. He has been involved in commercial real estate in Huntsville, Alabama for over 20 years.
Mr. Grelier graduated from the University of Alabama-Birmingham, in 1986, with a B.S. Degree in Real Estate Finance. In 1995, he achieved the Certified Commercial Investments Manager (CCIM) designation. In addition to these accomplishments, Charles has also been an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, since 1998 and is a candidate to become a certified property manager "CPM".
